Meet Ed James.
Ellie-Rose Griffiths is the co-founder of Engaged and brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in journalism, storytelling and brand strategy. Beginning her career in television as a reporter for ITV News, Ellie spent years interviewing people, uncovering stories and learning how powerful clear communication can be when it’s done well.
Since leaving broadcasting, she has built a reputation for helping founders and businesses shape the way they communicate with the world - from developing brand narratives and securing media coverage to producing high-quality storytelling films that position leaders as the voice behind their companies.
Through ENGAGED, Ellie brings this experience directly to members, helping founders articulate their story, communicate their vision with confidence and sell themselves and their businesses in a way that attracts attention, opportunity and trust.
